Our Story
The Capital Region REIA was founded in 2022 by local real estate investors Allison Keib and Ryan Vienneau with a vision to create a community where like-minded investors, business owners, and vendors could connect, collaborate, and support each other’s growth in business and real estate. While Allison and Ryan have since stepped down from their leadership roles, they remain active members, continuing to contribute to the success of the organization and its mission.

Allison Keib
Allison Keib is the President of Keib Capital Enterprises, a woman owned and operated real estate investment company with properties in Upstate NY and Long Island. The firm focuses predominantly on multi-family real estate with a more recent focus in the short term rental space. Keib Capital Enterprises also owns the property management Entity Keib Capital Property Group which manages the company's portfolio of residential apartments.
Alli is also the co-founder of the Capital Region Real Estate Investment Association (CRREIA), the largest real estate investing organization in the Capital Region, dedicated to facilitating business connections and providing quality industry education for local investors.
Ryan Vienneau
Ryan is a seasoned multifamily investor with a passion for acquiring and managing properties that deliver value and create thriving communities. As the Owner and Operator of Veno Properties LLC, Ryan leads the premier full-service property management company in the Upstate NY Capital Region, specializing in exceptional property care and tenant satisfaction.
He is also the Co-Founder of the Capital Region Real Estate Investors Association, fostering a collaborative community of investors dedicated to growth and success in real estate.
Previously, Ryan served as the Legislative Co-Chair for the local NAA chapter, APTS of NY, where he advocated for policies that support property owners and tenants alike.
