Alex Giabanis, a graduate of SUNY Albany and owns the real estate investment firm Welcome Home Properties LLC (started in 2006).  Welcome Home Properties is a buy and hold real estate business focused on commercial real estate.   Alex started his independent insurance career in 2009.  After a 7 year stint in the corporate world, Alex went out on his own building a business working as an independent insurance contractor for many insurance companies.  In 2017, Alex incorporated StoneBuilt Insurance Agency Inc solidifying corporate insurance licenses and moving the book of business into the corporation.  In 2019, StoneBuilt Insurance Agency Inc acquired another insurance agency through an intangible asset sale, growing the size of the business substantially.  In 2021, Alex purchased the home office for StoneBuilt Insurance Agency Inc, located at 985 Route 146 in Clifton Park, NY.  As a long time real estate investor and insurance agency principal, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to both fields.
