Albany Student Housing was founded by a UAlbany graduate who set out to improve the college rental experience in downtown Albany.  We are the largest student rental company in the city of Albany working with students from every college in the Capital Region.  What started as a handful of owner managed buildings has grown into a full-service property management company. Our team has over 50 combined years of experience in the hospitality and rental industry, currently managing over 100 units, making us #1 in off campus housing.
